Kidlandia Personalized Gifts for Kids {Review & Giveaway - 2 winners!}

{This giveaway is now closed. Congratulations KD and Renee G!}

There is something to be said for children's artwork that is traditional and classic, particularly if it can be personalized with an initial or a name. That's the type of decor that fills nurseries and bedrooms and playrooms across the country and makes family and friends smile when they enter the room.

However, when it comes to gifts and artwork that kids love, the ones that they want to look at and interact with over and over again, then it must be something more. It must be from a company that understands that by providing children with a piece that is customized to include names, dates, locations and just about every aspect that a child loves, that it results in a piece that will be cherished for quite some time.

Which is exactly what you'll find from the experts in all things entertaining, fun, and innovative at Kidlandia.

The premier online destination for personalized gifts and entertainment for kids, Kidlandia allows children to actually create their own kingdom to rule. With friendly monsters or beloved characters as companions, kids are motivated to want to return to their gift time and again.

By offering more than 15 products to choose from and personalize, including maps, posters, gallery wrapped canvases, canvas scrolls, wall hangings, door hangers, growth charts, placemats, and more, Kidlandia has an option for every child and taste. Who wouldn't want to improve their reading and map skills by looking over landmarks that are named after family, friends, and familiar places in their life?

Big Sister E and Little Sister B are continually talking about how tall they are getting around here, so I knew that the canvas growth charts that Kidlandia offers were going to be the perfect thing for them. Although they are big fans of Dora and SpongeBob, when I saw the Toy Story Growth Chart, there was no question that it was the one.

The customization level that Kidlandia allows really does take personalization to a whole new level with their products. This is much more than just choosing a monogram to be included, I found room to pick the name and date for the top as well as the ability to add in two more names to the book titles along the side.

Then, with so many toys and characters in Toy Story, Kidlandia has page after page of choices to add. Choose a location, adjust the size, put them "in front" or "behind" other items... it goes on and on! I really liked the way that, when constructing your piece, you have the ability to make it a highly involved, intricate process or to stick with simplicity and stay with all of the wonderful choices that Kidlandia initially includes.

I thought it was great that I could add both girls' names as well as a second line of text so that both of their birthdays could be listed. And Big Sister E and I worked together to look over all of the characters that could be added and she was thrilled to select just the right place for Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head. It wouldn't be Toy Story without them, right?

When this growth chart arrived (safely packaged), the quality was even better than I had expected. The colors are vivid and bright, the images and words are crisp and clean, and the durability of the canvas is top notch - something that is a must for my kids when they want to touch and point and grab at every inch.

Hanging this on the wall was easy, as I simply measured two feet up from the ground for where the lowest measurement should go and then popped one nail in at the top. The fact that the chart is hung with a ribbon makes it even quicker to adjust it to precisely where it should rest.

All that was left was for two little Toy Story fans to show off just how tall they currently are...

...as well as just how tall they think they are going to be soon!

Whether you customize a family tree, a vinyl wall cling, a gallery wrapped canvas or more, Kidlandia ensures that your creation will always be completely unique and different. Even if there is another "Joeyland" map out there, the basic template may have been the same but it isn't going to include cities named after every aunt, uncle and cousin that your son has!

With prices starting at as little as $19 and going up from there (the Toy Story Growth Chart retails for $69), Kidlandia offers more than just a high quality, detailed, intricate product - they also give you and your child the opportunity to be creative and have fun.

From beginning to end, they will have the chance to see Dora the Explorer, Winnie the Pooh, Veggie Tales, Cars and more virtually come to life in their own personalized creation that they'll love looking at and imagining with for years to come. Want an even better deal? Enter the coupon code BHGARB20 at checkout and receive 20% off of your order at Kidlandia!

And, thanks to their generosity, two people will be able to enjoy the whimsical maps, prints, posters and more that Kidlandia has to offer as well, because...
