Disney Pixar Cars 2 Premieres June 24th! {Prize Pack Giveaway}

Normally when I hear that a new movie is coming out, I don't pay much attention.

Action, adventure, romance, comedy... it doesn't really matter as the chances of me going to see it are pretty slim (due to a combination of being a parent of young children and my unwillingness to spend two hours sitting there watching something that could potentially be a big waste of time).

But for months now, we have been ready. With Cars 2 racing into theaters everywhere in Disney Digital 3D and IMAX 3D on June 24, we can't wait!

Big Sister E doesn't know it yet, but we're going to an advanced screening of this next week and I can only imagine her face when she realizes we're heading to the theater to see some of her favorite characters return for another exciting adventure! In this sequel...

Star racecar Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) and the incomparable tow truck Mater (voice of Larry the Cable Guy) take their friendship to exciting new places in Cars 2 when they head overseas to compete in the first-ever World Grand Prix to determine the world’s fastest car.

But the road to the championship is filled with plenty of potholes, detours and hilarious surprises when Mater gets caught up in an intriguing adventure of his own: international espionage. Mater finds himself torn between assisting Lightning McQueen in the high-profile race and towing the line in a top-secret mission orchestrated by master British super spy Finn McMissile (voice of Michael Caine) and the stunning rookie field spy Holley Shiftwell (voice of Emily Mortimer).

Mater’s action-packed journey leads him on an explosive chase through the streets of Japan and Europe, trailed by his friends and watched by the whole world. The fast-paced fun includes a colorful new all-car cast, complete with menacing villains and international racing competitors.

To take the fun of Cars 2 even further, Disney Pixar has created a really fun activity pack for kids to enjoy at home!
