Perfectly Posh: Purely Pampering Products {Review & Giveaway}

Perfectly Posh logo

As with every other holiday that involves gifts, when I'm asked What do you want for Mother's Day? it results in a blank look and an explanation that I don't have an answer.

At least, not an answer that is tangible. If someone has figured out how to gift wrap things like time and relaxation, then my wishlist is complete.

In the meantime, I look for ways that I (and all other busy women) everywhere can fit in a little zen-like pampering as a way to provide that elusive calm, relaxing feeling that we all desire. Although my schedule (and wallet) might not allow me to spend every week at the spa, that doesn't mean that I can't have the same experience right at home thanks to Perfectly Posh.

pampering products

Started in October 2011, Perfectly Posh offers spa-grade pampering products made in the USA that are FREE of parabens, SLS and gluten for safety and quality. Instead, each product contains only natural ingredients that come together to provide pampering that is soothing, long-lasting, and an all-together fabulous experience.

Looking over the extremely large collection of products that Perfectly Posh has to offer, I appreciated that there was such a variety. Whether you have an evening off to spoil yourself or just a few minutes on the go, there was something that would work for you.

As I often feel as though my skin is covered in layers from things like makeup, lotion and pollution, I couldn't wait to try out the Perfectly Posh's The Stripper Detox Body Mud to help remove it all.

Perfectly Posh Stripper Detox Body Mud

A detoxifying blend of clay, minerals and more, The Stripper helps you expel harmful pollution and keep skin looking and feeling youthful and healthy. We all encounter free-radicals (pollution that is harmful to your long-term health, can damage your skin's elasticity, and can cause premature aging, wrinkles and skin damage) each and every day, so who doesn't want those removed?

When a package arrived from Perfectly Posh, I was ready to give my skin a little pampering that it deserved... while also hoping to remove any of the hidden pollution that was damaging it.

Perfectly Posh review

Peeking inside the container, I found that The Stripper Body Mud resembles... well, mud. Except in a very smooth, creamy, vanilla-scented mud type of way.

Perfectly Posh Stripper Detox Body Mud

With the very simple instructions in hand (apply to clean, dry skin and allow to dry), it didn't take long before I was ready to give this Body Mud a try. Even though it is made to be used from head to toe, I decided to jump right in and see just how well it could remove the grease and impurities from my face.

After only a minute or two of smoothing it on, I was ready to sit back and relax, letting deep thoughts about life run through my mind. Who doesn't think better when their face is covered in mud?

Perfectly Posh Detox Body Mud

Perfectly Posh recommends leaving The Stripper on for two minutes if you have very dry skin and up to 15 minutes if you have oily skin, and the process can be repeated every few days. I left my mud mask on for around 10 minutes and found that it washed off easily to leave my skin feeling extremely pure and clean. That's it!

After having a positive first experience, it has been great to pull out The Stripper Detox Body Mud to continue to make my face feel moisturized as well as my hands, feet and more. I love the lingering fragrance that this product leaves behind and the all-over smooth, clean feeling that lasts on my skin.

Even though it may not be a full trip to the spa (it's much more affordable at only $22!), it's a great way to take a few minutes for myself that result in feeling refreshed, relaxed and that I've done something just for me.

With such a wide variety of high quality and natural products, once you've tried Perfectly Posh, you just might be hooked. Fortunately, they have a consultant program where you have the opportunity to earn money while promoting, sharing and selling these products and it has been rapidly growing. If you've been looking for a way to earn a living while working with fabulous products, now is a great time to get on board!

Are you ready to indulge in some pampering? Whether you prefer lotions, essential oils, lip balms or more, one person will be able to choose their own way of relaxing or have a great gift for Mother's Day, because...

One lucky person will win the product of their choice (up to $15) from Perfectly Posh!
