I'm not sure where the boost in motivation came from, but I found that truly the most time-consuming part was not only writing out all of the addresses, but actually compiling them in the first place.
My scribbled address book, messages from Facebook, hasty emails, doing the yearly, "Has so-and-so moved this year?" conversation with my in-laws... every holiday season I tell myself that the following year I'll be more organized and will implement an easier way to keep everything in order, but we all know how that ends up.
Fortunately, next year I plan to cut way down on the amount of time spent tracking down addresses and getting them written out thanks to WhitePages.
While everyone already knows WhitePages.com as the leading provider of contact information for people and businesses in the U.S., they do more than simply offer consumers one-click access to more than 200 million adults, or over 90% of the adult population.
Because now, in the midst of the holiday card rush, the WhitePages Mailer is here to help all of us create a master address list for holiday cards (or New Year's cards for any procrastinators!), birthday invites, thank you notes, "Save the Date" cards and more.
If your friends' and families' addresses are in various places, the WhitePages Mailer can help you from having to reach out to people on your mailing list via phone, text, email or Facebook posts to gather their info.
Instead, by linking your contacts or Facebook friends in the WhitePages Mailer, you can easily organize hundreds of addresses for designated friends, including organizing the data into groups that mirror how friends are segmented in Facebook (i.e. close friends, acquaintances, people I care about, etc.) or into customized groups, and the info will then automatically stay updated.
Is it that easy? Yes!
Just sign in through Facebook and WhitePages will use their 200 million residential listings to pull up your friends' addresses.
Not only does WhitePages Mailer make it easy to ask for verification from your recipient with one click, the addresses are then easily sorted into groups and can be exported to a spreadsheet or Avery mailing labels.
Talk about a convenient time saver!
WhitePages already has over 40 million unique monthly users and powers over 2 billion searches, so combine that with the 7 billion greeting cards that Americans purchase every year and it's a match that's meant to be!
This holiday season and beyond, don't depend on email, the phone, text messages, the phone book, online directories, Facebook, LinkedIn and more, simply head to the WhitePages Mailer and compile your list of addresses in seconds... and then print them right out onto labels and you'll be nearly done!
Thanks to the generosity of WhitePages, one person will be even more prepared to send cards, photos and gifts quickly and easily, because...

ReplyDeletePlease, please, please read the White Pages Data Use terms. White Pages basically asks you to collect your friends' and family's contact info, then sells it to third parties. These third parties may include debt collectors, marketers, or other people your friends and family probably don't want to have their contact info. I wrote a post about this here: https://www.conxt.com/general-release/white-pages-mailer-will-sell-your-friends-contact-information/

ReplyDeleteWe have no plan. We have a HUGE family and many are young and moving in and out of places. We have a hard time getting addresses by looking online or even in phonoebooks.. So, it is not very time effective but we CALL to get addresses and then TRY to be organized enough to write them on a calendar. Then write in a folder online later.
ReplyDeletethanks!
