The Crock-Pot Seasoning Mixes Slow Cookin' Recipe Contest launched on October 1st and recipe submissions will be accepted through October 21st. On October 28th, 10 semi-finalists will be announced and public voting will run until November 18th.

At that time, contest judges will judge all of the finalists and take into consideration the public voting results. They will select the top entry for a total of three potential winners based on the following criteria: (a) creativity and inspiration; (b) appearance/presentation; and (c) taste; and the grand prize winner will be announced on November 25th!

  14. My favorite thing to cook in the crockpot is shredded chicken---boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 sliced onions, 2 tablespoons butter. Cook on low for 6 hours, take out chicken, shred it, return to crockpot and mix together. Yummness!

  19. My favorite crockpot recipe would have to be boiled garlic chicken. Just add garlic powder, minced garlic, garlic salt, chicken bouillon cubes, some rosemary, and chicken breasts/tenders and a few hours later dinner is ready :)

  68. My favorite from Crock Pot is the Beef Stroganoff... that is so yummy. My favorite recipe from my recipes for my Crock Pot is I make a Beef Roast with Onion soup mix, mushrooms, and Cream of Mushroom soup and a little water. It makes its own gravy that you can spoon over the top of whatever you want Potatoes, rice or noodles. My Family loves it. I would like to try more of the Crock Pot brand recipes.... fingers crossed.   72. I really do like crock-pot meals. It simply makes MOST cuts of meat just taste better. Makes them SO tender. Nothing like it. right now, I would love to try the Pepper Steak Recipe. I DO make a pepper steak already but not in the crock pot. And with their seasoning? NO guess work at all. You know it would turn out great.

  134. French Onion Beef, it is just round steak and a can of french onion soup. When it's done, I make stuffing with the juice and serve the beef and stuffing together. It is so good.

  154. One of all time favorites is an Italian White Bean, Sausage, Fennel and Escarole Soup we used to enjoy at a long gone restaurant and it took me a very long time to come with an almost exact version of it - which I have since made even better!

    Success! But it was a real drag to make! I bet making it in a Crock Pot would be a real joy - and improve the taste even more!
