Fairy-Grams {Review & Giveaway} Deliver fairy dress-up dreams right to your door!

{This giveaway is now closed. Thanks to those who entered!}

One of the many aspects of Big Sister E's personality that I am extremely proud of is her imagination. From an early age, she has been able to pretend and act-out all varieties of made-up play and I love watching her creativity and theatrics come through.

As much as she can come up with tales and adventures on her own though, nothing beats adding dress-up to the mix. As soon as there is clothing or a costume involved, the level of fun and excitement shoots up and, well, it's what childhood is all about.
As my daughters and I opened the box containing our Fairy-Gram, I knew right away that we had found something pretty amazing. Peeling back the tissue paper revealed not just a tutu or a wand, but a complete fairy outfit, right down to the hair clips. Sending this as a gift definitely ensures that one lucky girl would be entirely on her way to achieving her dream of being a fairy.

Big Sister E could barely stand still as she stepped into the tutu and slid her arms through the wings. I managed to place the halo on her head and clip it in place with the butterfly clips just as she was dancing away with the fairy wand, ribbons trailing behind her. Laughing continuously, she spun and jumped and shook her wand in every direction.

When Big Sister E finally took a break from being a fairy princess, I examined the pieces as I helped her take them off. The expandable waist of the tutu is both strong and stretchy, meaning it will easily be able to fit for years to come and the addition of the bright flower and petals inside the tutu layers is just really cute. I was worried that the wings were going to be too delicate to hold up to my girls, but the soft, stretchy fabric is durable and they have kept their shape and structure well.

The fairy halo and wand, however, really were a source of excitement for both of my daughters. The way the ribbons trailed down Big Sister E's back fascinated her and she kept turning her head to see them twist and fall... and Little Sister B ran her fingers through them every time her sister happened to stand in one place, curious as to what they were.

Always the loving sister, Big Sister E was happy to share the fun with Little Sister B - who surprised me by happily wearing the Fairy-Gram outfit around for a while.

Normally she resists me dressing her up in any way, so letting me put this on her was a big treat!

Playing dress-up is such an important, creative activity to encourage for children. It brings smiles, laughter and self-confidence in a way that other forms of play do not. When kids are role-playing, they can be whomever or whatever they dream to be and then keep those feelings of self-assurance with them in the future.

Fairy-Gram does all that while providing a convenient, affordable gift that is great for any lucky girl. Available in seven different colors, Fairy-Grams are shipped worldwide and arrive only days after ordering. Is there a girl in your life that would be surprised and delighted if one showed up at her door?
