Bob the Builder: Here to Help DVD {Review}

Bob the Builder logoWhile Big Sister E is getting more and more into princesses and pink and all things typically "girly," she is also still very much a tomboy at heart. Blue! Dinosaurs! Cars! Bugs!

Happy to support her interests (no matter how much I might shudder at the bugs myself), I always know that one character that is sure to make her smile is the hard-working Bob the Builder. He and his Can-Do Crew and their action and exciting construction adventures are always a hit, which has been proven once again with the upcoming release of Bob the Builder: Here to Help.

Bob the Builder Here to HelpIf you build it, they will help! There's no challenge too great for this hard-hat wearing, hard-working builder and his Can-Do crew. Available February 21, 2012 on DVD, Digital Download and On Demand from Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment, Bob the Builder: Here to Help is another collection of super-sized adventures that any young fan will enjoy.

Where they're being extra helpful on the job, making sure the local stage show goes on, celebrating a good friend's birthday or just having fun, Bob and his company lay the foundation for super-sized adventure, ready with the tools and the teamwork to teach even the youngest builder that the Fun is in Getting It Done!

Bob the Builder Here to HelpIn this DVD, Bob the Builder and his Can-Do Crew are Here To Help in this action-packed collection as they get the job done and share tales of teamwork from the building yard.

Scoop and Lofty learn that they can accomplish a lot with a little help from their friends; Scrambler is in for a big surprise when he accidentally frightens Lofty and must dig deep to repair his friend's confidence; Scoop needs a truckload of teamwork to save Wendy's birthday celebration and Scratch learns there's no one star of the show as everyone must work together to save Fixham's History Day celebration.

Next, Dizzy spins some chaos on the lighthouse ramp and must rely on teamwork — and a new-found talent for wheelies — to fix the mess. Join Bob and his machine team as they lend helping hands, scoops, cranes, shovels and more to build lasting friendships in these Can-Do tales of teamwork and fun!

Aimed at ages 2 - 5, Bob the Builder: Here to Help has a running time of 55 minutes and will retail for $9.98 when it comes out next Tuesday. We always love seeing the way that these tales can demonstrate that with the super power of tools, teamwork and lots of fun, Bob, Scrambler, Scratch, Roley, Wendy and the rest of the Can-Do Crew can eagerly take on and complete any job with a positive approach.

Bob the Builder and his team continually tackle every project with the power of positive thinking, problem solving, cooperation and follow-through and those are traits that I always want to promote with my children. For any young Bob fan, this DVD is a great addition to the home library.

(Other than the DVD copy of Bob the Builder: Here to Help that I received from Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment to facilitate my review, I was not provided with anything or enticed to do this review in any way. This review is solely my opinion of this DVD.)

Aw, he's kind of a cute fellow. I didn't realize it was an age 2-5 series! That's kinda cool!
