Celebrate With Maison Joseph Drouhin By Showing Off Your #SummerOfLaforet! {Instagram Contest}

No matter what your summer plans, I think we can all agree that at the heart of summer it is all about having fun with family and friends. So whether that includes vacations, playdates at the park, or simply chatting in the yard with your neighbors, don't forget to take a minute to breathe and really enjoy these great months!

Which is why it is a perfect time for Maison Joseph Drouhin, a family-owned winery founded in 1880 in France, to relaunch two of its signature wines, Laforet Chardonnay and Laforet Pinot Noir. After all, Joseph Drouhin focuses completely on friends and family!

Laforet

To celebrate the relaunch, Joseph Drouhin has included two fun elements for fans everywhere:

1. Happy Hours!

Maison Joseph Drouhin will be hosting a series of casual happy hours, many of which will have live music, in cities across the country. Both new wines will be offered for $5 per glass (which is significantly discounted compared to the usual price of between $10-15).

These happy hours will be set in a casual environment in which consumers can discover the wine and learn about the style of the famed region from which it comes.

2. The #SummerOfLaforet Instagram Contest!

On now through September 30th, the #SummerOfLaforet Instagram Contest is an extremely easy one to enter. Simply follow @MaisonJosephDrouhin on Instagram and post your best photos, drawings and words (using the #SummerOfLaforet hashtag, of course) that embody the spirit of summer.

Each month a runner-up prize of $1,000 will be awarded to the photo that has earned the most Likes that month... and, at the close of the contest at the end of September, a grand prize of $5,000 will be awarded to the post that received the overall highest number of Likes!

I'm not a fan of those voting contests. I'll take your great contests instead.
