As much as I try to mix things up with meals around here, we do tend to stick with our rotation of the same handful of things. When you find something that the whole family loves, why change it, right?

High up on the list of meals that we all enjoy is tacos. I like that the prep time is minimal and that everyone can create their plate exactly as they like it... plus the fact that the kids do a great job eating is a major bonus.
