Fall in Love with Women's Swimsuits from Lime Ricki Swimwear {Review & Coupon Code}

When it comes to summer, one item of clothing that we just can't ignore is swimwear.

Unless you happen to be a supermodel, swimsuit shopping most likely isn't on your list of Top 10 Enjoyable Things, as everything from the lighting to the non-flattering options found in stores have the ability to send just about anyone's self esteem plummeting.

Seeing as my body has changed drastically in the years since having children, I'm extremely picky about the swimwear that I choose, as I want it to be just the right combination of quality, style, fit and coverage... and hopefully with at least a small amount of confidence left.

Not to mention that considering I'm going to be in and out of the water, playing in the sand, and in general chasing kids all over, the list of what I'm looking for in the perfect, modest swimsuit has gotten pretty long. Can all of that be found in one place?

For this summer and beyond, now I know it can thanks to Lime Ricki.

Lime Ricki Swimwear made its debut in 2007 with one very colorful and clear mission: to provide women with a conservative swimwear option without compromising great style. Whether you are in love with every inch of your body or there are particular areas that cause concern, Lime Ricki has debuted new additions to their collection each year that have continued to wow fans.

Having always been impressed with the way that Lime Ricki uses the finest materials, techniques and designs to produce bright, eye-catching, modest swimwear, I was happy to hear that they have recently released yet another new line of swimsuits consisting of takini tops, rash guards, and one-pieces.

Yet even more reasons to know that whether you're looking for a classic one-piece or a woman's tankini swimsuit, you can be confident that Lime Ricki's swimwear will not only be modest, but it will look and feel great!

With so many different options in tops, bottoms and one-pieces, the most difficult part of browsing at Lime Ricki is narrowing down your favorites. However, I do love that their website not only has a convenient size chart, but that they offer a great fit guide as well.

No matter if you're concerned about your bust, tummy or hips and thighs, Lime Ricki offers tips as to what to look for in a swimsuit (and what to avoid) and links you to a great selection of their suggestions for your body type.

Armed with that help and my undying love for polka dots, I couldn't wait to see the Shirred Halter Black Dot Tankini Top and Black Board Shorts in person.

Right out of the package and I was already in love with this swimwear. The fabric is strong and durable, the tankini top is plenty long, and the board shorts provide just the right amount of coverage. What more could I ask for?

Lime Ricki review

I love the addition of the shirring down the front of this tankini, as the combination of the polka dots and all of the tucks and gathers manages to trick the eye into not seeing any extra bumps or lumps that I want to stay hidden.

At the same time, the underwire provides shape and support, the halter ties ensure an adjustable fit and the soft, full lining on the inside of the suit feels great on my skin (it's even UV 50+ fabric for skin safety)!

As for the Board Shorts in Black, they're just as comfortable and covering as I had hoped they would be. Due to the fact that I am constantly in and out of the water with my kids or moving from swimming to playing or standing watching at a water park, pulling on and off a coverup isn't really all that practical.

Yet, I'm someone who feels exposed if I'm in a swimsuit with nothing over it, so these shorts are the perfect solution and relieve my worries over the world seeing my thighs unnecessarily. They don't have a built-in bottom so I did add my own solid black bottom underneath, but the combination of the elastic waistband, handy front pockets and adjustable drawstring really do make these one of my most favorite swim accessories that I have ever owned!

Of course, Lime Ricki does have a wide variety of more traditional swim bottoms to choose from, from traditional to boy shorts to swim skirts, so you're truly able to pick the style, color, and size that works best for you. The ability to mix and match so many of their great tankini tops with the various bottoms results in a swimsuit that is pretty much personalized to your taste. It can be just how bright and pattern-filled you would like it to be!

For a high quality swimsuit that is well made, fashionable and flattering, Lime Ricki has swimwear choices in every style and color and I appreciate that they make it possible to personalize your purchase to ensure the most flattering and comfortable result.

I have to admit that I'm not very proud of how I look, and it's been years since I've been in a swimsuit. But I like that Lime Ricki has styles that would leave me feeling less exposed. Thanks for the review.

For some reason, I don't like any of their suits. I swim 3 times a week.

What? You don't want to actually model that? I love to wear little swim shorts like that rather than a traditional swimsuit bottom. It's so much more comfortable.

I like these swimsuits because they are modest in cut and style. The styles appear to be flattering to many figure types.
