My favorite sandiwch is one I make at home. I start with ciabatta bread, then I smother both sides with hummus. I add arugula or spinach (depends on what I have on hand), sliced tomato, sliced onion, pickle slices, and vegan bacon bits, then I put oil and vinegar. It sounds weird, but it is so yummy.

My favorite is the Beef and Cheddar. I love Arby's. When I found out I had multiple allergies, Arby's made it possible for me to still have my favorite sandwich without the bread. They would put the beef and cheddar into a container that I could eat it with a fork. This helped me to feel more like socializing and I'll always be gracious for their kindness.
