My very favorite and easiest recipe for my Crock Pot is simple: put either chicken breast or pork roast in the Crock Pot and cover with BBQ sauce. Simmer on low all day and pull apart with 2 forks. Easy BBQ pork or chicken sandwiches or wraps!

Love putting corned beef, potatoes and carrots in the crock and also 3-envelope pot roast.
I fix a Cajun dish with Green Onion Sausage and potatoes. It is not a soup it blends together with half chunks of potato and mashed potatoes. Season it with Tony's Seasoning and it is simply awesome. My family loves it and wants me to cook it nearly every week.

My favorite crock pot recipe is my mom's swiss steak - super simple, just brown the steak and toss it in the crock pot with cream of mushroom soup and sliced onions (and whatever seasonings you like).
