I walk the local trail 4-5 evenings a week while pushing the baby in the stroller. It's a fast paced walk, usually lasting about 45 minutes to an hour. :)

Get your exercise done in the morning - that way you can't say I'll do it later and then end up too busy and not having enough time or being too exhausted at the end of the day to do it.

My best weight loss tip is to watch your sodium and get plenty of protein. Also read labels. Just because they sound healthy, doesn't mean they are not loaded with sodium.

My best weight loss tip is to keep track of all your food and liquid intake in a food diary and you will be shocked at what you eat everyday and how many calories are in it! Drink lots of water also :)

My best weight loss tip is an easy one: put your fork/spoon/food down in between bites and take time to chew and enjoy your food. You will eat less food ...and therefore consume fewer calories.

No eating or munching after 6pm. Your body takes awhile to digests and eating late causes it to lay in your stomach and it takes longer to work off.If you get hungry start drinking water, it will fill you up.

I have no set plan, but I will usually walk with friends at work around a nearby lake which I've found is 1.7 miles that we cover in 30 minutes, and swimming with my kids as much as I can. Honestly, it's the cooking of healthy meals that I need help with. I tend to go with pasta when I'm short on time and I know there must be better options available.
