Celebrating Mom: Tea Collection Women's Clothing {Review}

Thanks to our Tea Collection review last month, Little Sister B's wardrobe has been changed for the better in so many ways. Not only does she now have the ability to wear such fabulously stylish outfits and individual pieces, but she can look fashionable and adorable while still being completely comfortable in the high quality fabrics and construction.

But... I have to admit something.

I've been jealous.

The children's clothing that Tea offers is so darn adorable that every morning when we pull it out of Little Sister B's closet, well, I have been wishing it came in my size. The way that Tea bases their clothing off of the beauty that they discover from traveling and experiencing cultures from across the globe results in apparel that is both distinctive and beautiful and the girls' clothing and boys' clothing that they offer really shows that.

Can you blame me for wishing I could fit into a 4T?

Even though that isn't going to happen, Tea Collection has still managed to read my thoughts and make my clothing dreams come true with the recent introduction of their gorgeous Women's Clothing line.

A collection of modern lines and shapes that are designed to flatter and go with you, the pieces that Tea has introduced for women this spring are anything but generic. Whether you are taking a walk in the park, going out to lunch with friends or traveling the world, these easy, comfortable and attractive pieces can do it all.

Waiting for a surprise box of Tea Collection clothing had me anxiously checking the mail each day... and when it arrived it was the best early Mother's Day gift I could have asked for.

The unique drop-shoulder design of the Mila Sweater caught my eye immediately and the various ways that the 100% Pima cotton is knit give it texture that you just want to run your hands along. The detailing of the high collar, buttons, pockets, and double zipper complete the look and I love being able to layer it with any number of types of shirts underneath!

One shirt that works perfectly for layering under the Mila Sweater or can be worn stylishly on its own is the Solid Palace Tee. Available in ash, slate or indigo, the modern, slim fit of this long-sleeve tee matches just right with the chic mandarin collar and the longer length is great for comfort and coverage.

For a twist on a traditional shirt, the Tea Collection Modernista Tee features a Dolman silhouette with a wide fitted waistband and drapier body. I love the addition of the three-quarter sleeves so that I can wear this shirt in both warmer and cooler weather and the way that it drapes but doesn't cling feels great when on.

These pictures don't really do this shirt justice, it really has such a pretty drape and classic yet flattering fit. I love it!

For a completely different look, Tea Collection offers a line of women's tunics that are flowing and comfortable and look great with either jeans or leggings. Having never worn a tunic before, I was not only drawn to the easy shape of the Nouveau Viollet Tunic, but the gorgeousness of the floral art prints. It's such a pretty pattern!

Featuring small cap sleeves, a deep V neck, and fun little pockets on the side, this has been a really great addition to my wardrobe for something light and loose-fitting while also still looking very chic.

Originally a fan of Tea Collection , my love for their adorable apparel was only increased having had the chance to review their children's clothing. However, now that I have been able to experience the amazingly comfortable, casual, and gorgeous Women's Collection, I am in complete adoration.

All four of these items are the softest cotton, just the right hue (or pattern), and look equally as great with skinny or wide pants. I have received compliment after compliment when wearing them out and each time I mention that they are Tea, it is met with an eyebrow raise and comments about how wonderful the kids' clothes are but that they didn't realize that women's clothes are now available.

Everything from the extra details and small touches that Tea is known for including to the ability to wear their clothing to just about any occasion and look great is something that I appreciate for my children as well as for myself. They know how to make modern, beautiful, high quality, unique clothing in styles that won't ever look like the same old, same old that is found in every other store.

That does mean that the prices at Tea are on the higher end in comparison (the Mila Sweater retails for $128, the Palace and Modernista tees for $52, and the Nouveau Viollet Tunic for $98), but I do believe that these items are worth every penny due to how great they look and, even better, how I feel when I'm wearing them. If that isn't a perfect Mother's Day gift, then I don't know what is.

I am definitely going to check back to see all of the gorgeous new styles and designs of women's clothing that are added in future seasons, because if this is just the beginning of this fashionable line, I can't wait to see what is next to come!

(Other than the four pieces from the Women's Collection that I received from Tea Collection in order to facilitate my review, I was not provided with anything or enticed to do this review in any way. This review is solely my opinion of this company and their amazing clothing.)
