Back in the day when I first started wearing glasses, I found every reason that I could to not wear them. From squinting to contact lenses, I did just about anything so that my frames would stay sitting on the shelf.
Twenty years later and here I am, in love with my eyeglasses. The convenience, the time (not spent sticking things into my eyes or cleaning things out of them), the style... it just all works for me now.
The only thing that doesn't? Cheap lenses. Having never paid as much attention to the lenses as the style and color of the frames, I didn't realize what a difference they could make and have always just put up with the scratches, smudges, and glare.
But, now having been introduced to Crizal lenses by Essilor, it's not hard to understand why they are worn and trusted by more than 260 million people all over the world.
By reducing glare, scratches, smudges, dust and water, Crizal lenses provide you with clearer vision... and who doesn't want that? You're able to see better (particularly at nighttime), look better (no worries that people are looking at your glasses more than they're looking at you), and feel better (fewer headaches and less eye fatigue caused by reflections from computer screens and daytime lights).
The differences between traditional and Crizal lenses are truly impressive!
Along with providing a high quality product, Crizal has now launched a fun way for you to eliminate the enemies of clear vision in a creative way: the Combat the Enemies of Clear Vision with Captain Crizal Facebook game.
Not only is this an entertaining game, but a great sweepstakes! By collecting Crizal Power Lenses while dodging various obstacles, you'll have the opportunity win prizes while supporting eye health.
First, the prizes! One grand prize winner will receive a Motorola Xoom™ tablet with Wi-Fi, a $1,000 general use gift card and their very own Crizal lenses. The second place winner will receive a $1,000 gift card and Crizal lenses, and the third place winner will receive a $500 gift card and Crizal lenses.
Nice, right?
As if the great prizes weren't a good enough incentive to head over and play, for every new fan to Like the Crizal lenses Facebok page, Essilor will donate $5 to the Foundation for Eye Health Awareness, plus an additional $5 for everyone who plays the game (up to $20,000).
It's a win-win situation! Have fun playing the Combat the Enemies of Clear Vision with Captain Crizal Facebook game, be entered to win awesome prizes, and help support educating people on the importance of taking better care of their eyes all at once! Head over to the Crizal USA Facebook page today and get playing!
And, when they aren't busy helping adults and children see, look and feel better, Crizal lenses is being generous, because...
One lucky person will win a $25 Visa Gift Card from Crizal lenses!

I got glasses in the 5th grade but have never really embraced them. I only wear them at home and wear my contacts out.

I've needed them since high school and mostly where them at home
I wore glasses for several years when I was a child. I really hated being called four-eyes by other kids and was thrilled when I no longer needed them.

I have worn them daily since I was eight years old.
I wanted them soooooooooo bad as a kid, and then when I got them, I never wanted to wear them. I tried contacts when I got older...I didn't like the fuss of dry or irritated eyes, etc. So, glasses it is, for me, but I only wear them in the car driving.
