Staying Organized for Less! {Guest Post}

This is a guest post on staying organized with kids... something that I sure could use some help with! Plus, I'm not the only one who could browse around The Container Store for days on end dreaming of how my house could look, am I?

Staying organized when you have kids isn’t easy. It’s almost as if they enjoy making messes for you to clean up! With so many toys and games and other little items, it can be hard to find a place for everything to call home. The Container Store offers tons of different ways to help keep the house organized without spending a ton of money.

If your child loves movies, I recommend the Tribeca DVD bin. These handy little bins are perfectly designed to hold exactly 18 DVDs and they only cost $9.99. They come in neutral colors - coca, khaki, black, and white – so they will match any décor! These bins are study and stack easily so you won’t have to worry about them collapsing or barely fitting together.

Art is a great way for kids to develop their creativity, and kids are always proud of what they make! The Art Storage Boxes are the perfect size to store everything kids bring home from preschool. Their oversize shape and sturdy fiberboard allows even large projects to be stored safely. These sell for $12.99, a small price to pay to preserve your child’s favorite artwork!

For everything else your child may have, try out the Large Tint Stacking Drawers. These clear-fronted drawers easily let you see what is stored inside so you don’t have to dig around to find what you need.

They come in many colors like blue, pink, and purple. Find the combination that your kids love, and they’ll be motivated to clean up for themselves! These large drawers are $19.99 and can stack as high as you can imagine! These bins are great for keeping everything contained and organized for both yourself and your kids.

You’ll be surprised by how much cleaner and organized your house will be even with just a few extra containers. Visit your local Container Store or go online and save! Pick up the containers right for you and get your house organized!

I'm a container maniac. It's not so much because it keeps me organized, but because it keeps it out of sight.

I'm bad.
