Perfectly Pretty Stocking Stuffers from Expressions by Almar {Review}

Expressions by Almar logo
Although there will long be discussions and debates about nature vs. nurture, I find it hard to deny that there are some traits that are just built in to each of the genders.

One perfect example is that although my girls are profoundly different in their likes and dislikes and just how girly one is (Little Sister B) when the other is definitely not (Big Sister E), there are just some girl aspects to both of them.

They both immediately pick up and cuddle baby dolls (real babies too, if allowed), they both come running at the mention of having a tea party, and they both have long been mesmerized by any sort of cosmetics. It doesn't matter if it's eye shadow designed for adults or nail polish made for kids, they want to cover themselves (and anyone else who will let them) in it.

But while I don't typically hand over my makeup without worry of the results, I love being able to provide them with a sparkling, sassy, fabulously good time with items that have been created just for them. Most recently, that is what we have found with Expressions by Almar.

makeup for girls

Almar Sales Company was founded in 1965 and has been a reliable source for cosmetics and gift sets for girls and women ever since. While their wholesale site partners with some of the largest retailers in the US and around the world, their e-commerce site is just the place to go to find a great array of items perfect for any young diva to get creative.

Nails, lips, eye makeup, hair accessories, candy cosmetics, loom bands, bags, backpacks... it is all just so adorable, whimsical and fun that how could any girl, tween or teen not fall in love?

Around here, that wasn't a problem at all with the arrival of the Expressions by Almar Simply Sweet Glitter Nail Polish set and Pinkalicious Cupcake Lip Balm set.

Could there be any cuter stocking stuffers?

Each of these cute sets arrived packaged and ready for gifting, containing just enough makeup that any young recipient would be thrilled!

Expressions by Almar review

The six Simply Sweet nail polishes tap right into a feature that is loved by both of my daughters and every single one of their friends: glitter!

These cute little bottles with their festive zebra tops are a great size for girls and the array of fun glitter colors provide plenty of options for sparkling manicures and pedicures.

While these are great for use by themselves, they can also be layered on top of a solid color to add a new dimension of personalized shine and color for young fashionistas everywhere.

girls nail polish

At the same time, as both of my girls have enjoyed reading just about all of the books in the Pinkalicious collection, it couldn't be more fun to bring that to life in a fun little way with five cupcake lip balms.

Each container is decorated with its own girly colors and details and I find it hard to believe that any girl wouldn't get excited about popping open the top of her little cupcake and finding sparkly lip balm awaiting her inside!

Whether your daughter, granddaughter, niece or friend loves to play pretend or is evolving into a young woman right before your eyes, Expressions by Almar features products that will help her grow and have fun safely, affordably... and with a little pizazz!

Visit ShopAlmar.com to see their wide selection of everything from nail art to candy-flavored lip gloss (and anything in between) and connect with them on Facebook and Twitter as well.

Other than the nail polish set and lip balm set that I was provided in order to facilitate my review, I was not compensated or enticed to do this post in any way. This review is solely my honest opinion about these products.

Oh my.....I love this. I remember all the times I polished my daughter's nails with glitter polish. I know she would have loved this too.

And the Cupcake Lip Balm? So very cute. I think these should go in all girl's stockings this year.
