My Diet Coach II - Pro Health & Fitness {App}

It's no secret that weight loss is hard work.

As much as we would like to believe that there's a magic pill to make the pounds melt away (I'm not the only one who dreams of that, right?), the proven way to true success is through diet and exercise.

But... that's much easier said than done. For me, I'll decide that now is the time to get healthy and proceed through the next day or two eating well, maybe counting calories, pushing myself to stay motivated, etc.

And then it ends.

Sound familiar?

Considering that I'm not going to hire a personal trainer anytime soon, I love finding other ways to challenge myself, stay inspired, receive encouragement, stay on track, overcome difficulties and more.

Which is exactly what you'll find (and more!) with the My Diet Coach II - Pro Health & Fitness App.

    This may be good motivation for me to stay healthy. I was just diagnosed with the big C and I know my treatment will go better if I try to stay healthy and active.

    This apps sounds pretty cool. I might give it a whirl. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid and my doc told me weight loss helps with the joint pain.

    Interesting app. I might keep an eye out to see if they release a version for the iPhone. Thanks for the review.

    This is the kind of thing (as history has shown me) that will help me with my goal. I'm taking a break until January, but then I'm going to really take a look at this. I like it simple and spelled out, and that's what this looks like to me. I've had the most success with programs like that.
