While there are an awful lot of things that I would wish for if a magic genie appeared and asked what he could do for me (hey, it could happen, right?) the first two that come to mind would be fairly practical.

Unfortunately there isn't a vegetarian option just yet (I'd love some Cheese Enchiladas, Old El Paso!) but that didn't stop my husband from swinging by the store and bringing home a filling dinner for himself and his substitute dinner date.

The result was two thumbs up... although both commented that they would have liked to have toned down the amount of spice.
