Nutrisystem {Week 29}

Nutrisystem BloggersAfter being not so pleased with myself and the way that I let my emotions get the best of me (and my food choices) last week, I started off this week feeling much more recommitted to Nutrisystem and that, really? Following this ISN'T hard.

I mean, when there are foods like this waiting for me every morning...

...and then it's fast and easy to grab something like this in the afternoon...

...not to mention delicious, customizable options like this for dinner...

...and of course I adore having things like this for dessert...

...well, then there's NO excuse for not doing a better job! I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'm not going to take my time as a part of the Nutrisystem Nation for granted and I'm not going to waste this opportunity. I've already gotten down to numbers that I never thought I'd see on the scale, but that doesn't mean that I'm stopping now.

Besides, I don't miss having to cook myself meals or stand there looking into the cupboards wondering what I'm going to eat - it's all pretty much done and ready to go for me!

This week I did a much better job of sticking with the program... until I went out of town to attend the Brands & Bloggers Summit and they had tables of food and snacks... and then my husband and I went out to dinner that night and breakfast the next morning.

However, that didn't mean that I wasn't still thinking about my portion sizes and the fact that every week I will be one step closer to my goal if only I don't let me get in the way. So, this morning I was still proud of myself for seeing...

Nutrisystem NationPrevious loss: 22.4 lbs

This week: -1.0 lbs

Total loss: 23.4 lbs

One pound is one pound and that's good enough for me! I was hoping to be able to attend BlogHer this year 25 pounds lighter than last year and, assuming I don't screw up big time in the next two weeks, it's still a decent possibility that I'll make it. Here's to hoping for another week with the scale moving in the right direction!

I do not want to waste the awesome opportunity I have been given from Nutrisystem either, so I am going to buckle down and make my last month really count!
